Bernhard Zepf is president and owner of the 5-star superior hotel-restaurant Erbprinz in Ettlingen in the vicinity of Karlsruhe, Germany. Growing up in Baiersbronn/Black Forrest in a family involved in the gastronomy sector, he early on discovered his passion for gastronomy and the hotel business. After the completion of his education as chef in the Hotel Bareiss, Baiersbronn, a number of professional engagements in Germany and abroad followed. In 1999, Bernhard Zepf acquired the once prestigious Hotel Erbprinz in Ettlingen and in the course of the past 20 years he has re-established the venerable company amongst the leading luxury hotels in Germany.

Bernhard Zepf has always been dedicated and involved in the promotion of young talents and new recruits for the tourism sector. As president of the FHG e.V. (an association involved in the professional development of first-class trainees and apprentices in the hotel and gastronomy business) he is one of the leading designers of attractive education and career opportunities for young talents in the industry.

As a guest lecturer at the DHBW Ravensburg he shares his extensive experience and knowledge with the next generation of tourism students and supports young people in their career path development.

Patrick Schreib is tourism director of the popular region around Baiersbronn, Germany, which is the location of some of the most prestigious, classy restaurants in Germany. A perfect spot for this gatronomer who refined his passion for delicate food and first class service during a professional eduction as chef at the first class restaurant Schwarzwaldstube in the hotel Traube-Tonbach, Baiersbronn, Germany. While working as executive chef and F&B Manager in the first years of his career, he changed his career path by studying business administration at the DHBW, University of Cooperative Education, in Ravensburg, Germany. Today, Patrick is member of various tourism boards and associations and president of the Schwarzwald Plus GmbH and the Verein der Nationalparkregion Schwarzwald e.V., both associations that develop the tourism business in the beautiful black forest region in Southern Germany.

Gerhard Stübe was born on August 6th in Bregenz, Austria, located right at the German border on Lake Constance. At the young age of 14 years, he organized an event for his school on a Lake Constance ship. Although this might have been pointing the way to his future career, Gerhard Stübe studied law at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, after finishing high school.
During his studies, he continued organizing events, for example the first concert of the then popular boy group Backstreet Boys in Austria.
After finishing his studies he practised law at the regional court in Feldkirch, before following his calling as an event manager in Switzerland (St. Margarethen). At the same time, he completed his post-graduate studies in International Management at the University of Applied Science, Liechtenstein.
Returning home after four successful years in Switzerland collecting worldwide professional experience, he advanced in his career at the Festspielhaus in Bregenz, managing it since 2002. Besides arranging the acclaimed Bregenz Festival, Stübe and his team set up a variety of renowned and exciting events incuding the ZDF EM-Studio 2008, as well as the shooting of one of the James Bond 007 movies – Quantum of Solace.
Since 2002 Stü be is a board member of the BodenseeMeeting – an association advancing the conference industry in the border districts of the four countries located around Lake Constance and initiating 2016 the micelab:bodensee project.
Gerhard Stübe is chairing the Austrian Convention Bureau (ACB) and is a board member of multiple regional and national executive boards and supervisory committees.

In 2007, created a Viv'Experiência – Tourism Promotion and Animation, a company that since august of this year manages the Viana do Castelo City Tourism Office – Viana Welcome Center.

Since 2009, is tourism trainer and consultant for entities like IEFP, EHTVC, CONSULSET, ESPROMINHO. In 2016, started to teach at the disciplinary Group on Sport, Tourism and Leisure Sciences of the IPVC. In 2017, he has also been Vice-President of the AEVC.

Yassine Bouallala Lechheb (Taourirt, 1989), CEO & Senior Consultant in Costa Brava Consulting Group. Manager of TorreMirona Relais Hotel Golf and Spa. Also, he is a consultant and professor of economics and tourism at the University of Girona. He is a pioneer in collaboration projects between the company and teaching to improve the tourism sector. Bouallala's management methodology is based on the diversification of tourism businesses and the Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, of companies. He is the author of studies such as the economic impact of Girona Temps de Flors 2012, where the set of economic activities originated directly or indirectly by culture is estimated and quantified.

Michela Grixti is the Talent & Training Manager at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Malta. She joined the company in 2008, and formed part of the Front Office department. In 2010 she transferred to the Human Resources department, and in 2015 she began to oversee all training and development initiatives at the company.

Michela is passionate about hospitality and believes that training is a key tool towards empowering team members to create experiences. In addition to designing, overseeing and delivering various training programmes, Michela is responsible for employee engagement, team building, the company's CSR agenda, and coordinating local and international student work placements and internships. Michela has successfully achieved several awards for the company, most notably the "Tourism Diversity Employers Award" from the Malta Tourism Authority, the "Equality Mark" from the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality, and the "GIFTTS (Great Initiatives for Today's and Tomorrow's Society) in Philanthropy" from Preferred Hotels and Resorts.

Since 2015, Michela has been involved in the delivery of the People Management Module of the ATHE Level 5 Diploma in Management at Malta Business School. She holds a B.A (Hons) in English from the University of Malta, and an MSc. in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester.

Elena Andreotti is responsible for Human Resources at Gruppo Gattinoni. After obtaining a master’s degree I. tourism at University of Bergamo, she immediately started with working at the company in Human Resources department.
